When Can You Cancel?

✅ Eligible for Cancellation

  • Within 5 minutes of payment: Full cancellation before delivery
  • Duplicate payment: If you accidentally paid twice
  • Wrong product ordered: Before delivery/access
  • Technical error: Payment deducted but no order confirmation
  • Custom projects: Before work has started
  • Subscription renewal: Within 24 hours of renewal

❌ Not Eligible for Cancellation

  • After product delivery: Files already sent/accessed
  • API keys generated: Once API access is created
  • Custom work started: If development has begun
  • Subscription mid-term: Monthly/Annual plans in progress
  • After 7 days: Regardless of delivery status
  • Change of mind: After accessing the product

How to Cancel an Order

Option 1: Telegram (Fastest)

Message @mixotech with:

  • "CANCEL ORDER [Order ID]"
  • Your registered email/phone
  • Reason for cancellation

Response within 15 minutes

Option 2: Email

Send to devxmohsin@gmail.com with subject: "CANCELLATION REQUEST - [Order ID]"

  • Include order details
  • Reason for cancellation
  • Preferred contact method

Response within 2-4 hours

Option 3: WhatsApp

Message +91 9365056358

  • Send "CANCEL" followed by Order ID
  • Include screenshot of payment (optional)

Response within 30 minutes

Option 4: Fiverr

For orders placed through Fiverr (almpressai):

  • Request cancellation through Fiverr platform
  • Or message on Fiverr with order details

Follows Fiverr's cancellation policy

Subscription Cancellations

Monthly Subscriptions
  • Cancel anytime before next billing date
  • No refund for current month
  • Access continues until period ends
  • Cancel via Telegram/Email
Annual Subscriptions
  • Pro-rated refund available
  • 20% cancellation fee applies
  • Must cancel within first 3 months
  • After 3 months, no refund

API Service Cancellations

API Plan Cancellation Policy
Pay-per-use Cancel anytime, unused credits refunded (minus 10% fee)
Monthly Package Cancel before renewal, current month non-refundable
Annual Package Pro-rated refund within 30 days, after 30 days no refund
Enterprise Plan As per contract terms

What Happens After Cancellation?

  • Refund Processed: To original payment method via Razorpay
  • Access Revoked: Downloads, API keys deactivated within 24 hours
  • Confirmation Email: Sent with cancellation details
  • Data Deletion: Your personal info removed from active systems (except backup)
