You may be eligible for a refund in these cases:

  • Product is significantly different from description
  • Product is non-functional despite following documentation
  • Duplicate purchase by mistake
  • Technical issue prevents download/access for 48+ hours
  • Custom development project cancellation (within terms)

❌ Not Eligible for Refund

No refunds will be issued in these cases:

  • Change of mind after download
  • Incompatibility with your system (check requirements first)
  • Lack of technical knowledge to implement the code
  • Request for custom modifications not included
  • Purchase made more than 7 days ago
  • Violation of our terms of service
  • Product shared, distributed, or resold

  • Investigate the issue
  • Attempt to resolve technical problems
  • Make refund decision within 3-5 business days
Step 4: Resolution

Possible outcomes:

  • Full refund to original payment method
  • Partial refund for custom work
  • Alternative product replacement
  • Technical support to fix issues
  • Store credit (if agreed)

Custom Development Projects

For custom development work (websites, custom APIs, modifications):

  • Before work starts: Full refund available
  • After work starts: Refund for unused hours only
  • Partial completion: Refund for incomplete work minus completed milestones
  • Project cancellation: 20% cancellation fee for administrative costs

API Services & Subscriptions

For gaming APIs and subscription services:

  • Monthly subscriptions: Refund within 48 hours of renewal only
  • Annual plans: Pro-rated refund minus 30% service fee
  • API credits: Non-refundable once used
  • Service downtime: Credit for downtime exceeding 24 hours

Chargeback Policy

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first:

  • Will result in immediate account suspension
  • Legal action may be taken for fraudulent chargebacks
  • Additional fees of ₹500 will be added to recover costs
  • Access to all purchased products will be revoked
