Standard License Terms
Grant of License
Under the Standard License, MixoTech grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the purchased source code for:
- One single personal project
- Educational purposes
- Portfolio demonstration
- Testing and development
Restrictions
You may NOT:
- Use the code for commercial purposes
- Sell or sublicense the code
- Distribute the code as your own
- Remove copyright notices
- Use in a product that competes with MixoTech
- Share the code with non-licensees
Extended License Terms
Grant of License
Under the Extended License, you may:
- Use the code in one commercial project
- Modify the code for client requirements
- Integrate into a SaaS platform
- Charge end-users for using your application
Restrictions
- Cannot use in multiple commercial projects
- Cannot resell the original code
- Cannot offer the code as a standalone product
- Cannot claim exclusive rights
Commercial License Terms
Grant of License
Under the Commercial License, you may:
- Use in unlimited projects
- Create derivative works
- Sell products built with the code
- White-label (remove our credits with permission)
- Grant sublicenses to your clients
Requirements
- Annual renewal may be required
- Attribution appreciated but not required
- Share major improvements with MixoTech (optional)

Code Warranty
MixoTech warrants that:
- The code is original and does not infringe third-party rights
- The code functions as described in documentation
- The code is free from malware or malicious code
No Warranty
However, we do not warrant that:
- The code is error-free or bug-free
- The code will work in all environments
- The code meets all your specific requirements
Support Period
- Standard: 30 days bug-fix support
- Extended: 90 days priority support
- Commercial: 1 year dedicated support

Standard License: Non-transferable
Extended License: Transferable with written consent (one-time)

Termination
This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any provision. Upon termination:
- You must stop using the code
- You must delete all copies
- No refund will be issued
